One of the 100 places one should have experienced before you die. Alles, sensationell, muss man erlebt haben. Bitte mit einem Geländewagen hinfahren, nehmt euch ein wenig Proviant und Zeit mit, um einzutauchen in die Welt die uns Europäern selten geöffnet wird. Lasst euch darauf ein, nicht durch rauschen.

„Exklusives Highlight!
Eine neu erbaute Öko-Lodge mitten in der Wildnis. Lediglich vier kleinen Villen im Dschungel am Fluss und eine große Villa auf dem Hügel machen den Aufenthalt sehr exklusiv. Die Preise sind entsprechend etwas höher angesiedelt, doch Alles ist sein Geld in jedem Moment wert. Die gesamte Anlage ist unglaublich groß und mit viel Liebe angelegt, das Restaurant wirklich erstklassig, ebenso das Frühstück. Auch Sonderwünsche werden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Das gesamte Hotel-Personal ist durchweg super-freundlich und unterstützt gerne auch bei ausgefallenen Wünsche. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist die private Birdwatching-Tour. Ohne den Guide hätten wir auch auf dem Gelände keine 10% der anwesenden Vögel (auch viele Tukane) entdeckt. Zum ausreiten stehen Pferde bereit. Man kann eine Nachtwanderung zur Glasbodenbrücke unternehmen. Sauna und Massagen sind ebenfalls buchbar. Da nimmt man gerne die beschwerlichen 20km Schotterpiste bis zum Hotel in Kauf. Ein wirklich besonders schöne Erfahrung, die wir sehr gerne wiederholen möchten.

„Aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis
Für Naturfreunde, die das gewisse Etwas suchen, ein absolutes Muss! Unsere Anreise war allerdings bereits ein Abenteuer, da wir nachts im Regen die Naturstraße zur Anlage hinauffahren mussten. Doch das Eingangstor, das an Jurassic Park erinnerte, und der nette Empfang (trotz später Anreise) haben uns vollends entschädigt. Die Anlage war sehr sauber, und unsere Villa direkt im Dschungel bot einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bäume (etwas mehr Ausblick wäre schön gewesen) und die typischen Geräusche boten eine akustische Sinnesreise. Die Outdoor-Dusche war angenehm. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da und konnten das Restaurant nicht intensiv erleben, aber das Frühstück und der Blick auf die Umgebung waren perfekt. Herausragend war die Massage direkt im Dschungel am Fluss, die für tolle Entspannung sorgte.

„Ein grandioses Hotel mit einem tollen Management.
Das Ecolirios Hotel ist schon ausser gewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr speziell mit einem tollen Blick in die Landschaft. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in zwei verschiedenen Villen zu nächtigen. Zunächst die Mountains View Suite mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Berge und später sind wir in die Kukula Villa Suite gewechselt mit einem eigen Wasserfall. Hintergrund für den Wechsel , das kein Fernseher in der Mountains View Suite vorhanden war. Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht. Eigentlich wollten wir die umliegende Gegend erkunden. Aufgrund der schwierigen Anfahrt zum Hotel hatten wir aber keine Lust den langen Weg hin und her zu fahren. Es gibt nur ein Anfahrtsweg dorthin! Vom Hotel werden mehrere Sachen vor Ort angeboten. Wir haben uns für die Birds und Frogs Nachtwanderung entschieden. Unseren speziellen Dank geht an Denis, dem Guide der uns alles zeigte. Mit viel Liebe zur Natur den Vögel etc. zeigte uns Denis alles. Das haben wir nicht bereut. Herzlichen Dank Denis für alles.???? Vielen Dank an das Management das unkomplizierten Weschsel ermöglichte. Auch das Essen war klasse. Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Preise bewegen sich Richtung Deutschland, wenn man "gut essen" gehen will. Auch die Bedienung war klasse. Gut, wir waren so gut wie alleine vor Ort, aber dennoch war die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Wir haben keine Sekunde bereut und können jedem nur das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns war es der Abschluss eines drei wöchigen Urlaubs in Costa Rica mit einem exzellenten Abschluss. Vielen Dank Ecolirios Boutique Hotel , das wir ihre Gäste sein durften. Das war unvergesslich, auch mit Denis..????
Die Anfahrt zum Ecolirios Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Ohne Allrad ist es vor Ort schwierig weiter zu fahren. Selbst mit Allrad haben wir uns festgefahren. Wir waren in der Regenzeit dort.
